Cornwall Inquiry

The Cornwall Inquiry is a Canadian inquiry surrounding allegations of child sexual abuse by local police, lawyers and clergy in the city of Cornwall, Ontario. The Commissioner made no conclusive findings as to whether a ring of pedophiles existed or whether there was a conspiracy to cover up abuse[1][2]

Systemic failures were also found in the response to abuse claims.[3]
