VUSE Digital Vapor Cigarette is an electronic cigarette owned by R. J. Reynolds Vapor Company, a subsidiary of Reynolds American. It is currently the most popular electronic cigarette with 33% market share.[1][2][3]
VUSE underwent national expansion in 2013 with sales moving into Colorado.[4] Plaintiff Jerod Harris, filed a lawsuit against VUSE for "[failure] to inform customers of the potential health risks incurred by using the products, specifically, inhalation of the carcinogens formaldehyde and acetaldehyde".[5]
The nicotine content is 4.8%.[6] It a high nicotine content compared to other e-cigarettes.[6]
